Copies of Historic Feedback Letters

We are occasionally asked by participants to send copies of their health-screening feedback letter from when they joined the cohort. Unfortunately, because these letters are now in the deep archive, we are unable to do this.

However, if a medical professional believes that certain historic information is potentially relevant to your current healthcare plan, please ask him or her to write to Dr Deepa Singh and we will do what is possible and necessary. We may ask you to provide explicit consent before doing this.
