Genomics

We currently have two imputation panel versions available:

• TOPMed

Proteomics

The following Olink datasets are available:

• Olink 2023
• Olink 2025 (some issues are still being resolved)

Metabolomics

The metabolomic data are more complex because they were generated from different Airwave phases: AW1, AW2 and AW3, with different participant selection criteria. The data are derived from plasma and urine samples. As most datasets are based on plasma samples, where the material is not explicitly stated, plasma is implied. Urine datasets are explicitly labelled, e.g. "AW1-U".

Available metabolomics datasets include Metabolon (AW2) (Fully annotated) and Nightingale (AW2) (Fully annotated).
