This study addresses a critical and underexplored disparity in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD), which disproportionately affect women. By investigating sex- and gender-specific risk factors and responses to interventions across diverse populations and global regions, the project aims to improve the precision and effectiveness of prevention and treatment strategies. The research will generate evidence to inform clinical guidelines, enhance diversity in trials, and support equitable healthcare practices, with findings widely disseminated to clinicians, advocacy groups, and the general public to maximize societal impact
