AH-EXT-206

The objective is to conduct a large-scale meta-analysis of genome-wide association studies (GWAS) on wellbeing across multiple ancestries. Previous European GWASs have provided insights into the genetic basis of wellbeing (Baselmans et al., 2019; Okbay et al., 2016). It is our goal to both increase the European sample as well as to expand the scope to other ancestries. To cover a wide range of the wellbeing spectrum, we are using the wellbeing measures quality of life, positive affect, and life satisfaction individually. A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will be provided.
