Research Using Food Diaries

We have recently published the first set of results of research using the food-diaries that were so diligently completed by Airwave participants. Like a lot of worthwhile science, the detail of the paper is technically challenging for the non-specialist; but we hope that the abstract (summary) and discussion sections will be generally accessible.

The paper - A cross-sectional investigation into the occupational and socio-demographic characteristics of British police force employees reporting a dietary pattern associated with cardiometabolic risk: findings from the Airwave Health Monitoring Study - is freely available to download here.
